02What are the documents required for scrap car removal service?
To meet Queensland Transport requirements and Secondary Metal regulations you will need to bring a valid Australian photo ID (such as a driver licence or passport) and proof of ownership or authority to sell the car. A Vehicle Drop Off/Collection Receipt is also required to be signed. You should take the road registration off the car prior to our towing it away if the registration is still current, so you can hand in the number plates with the Department of Transport and Main Roads for a road registration refund.
